In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below, unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

Third-party deposits — where payment is made from an account belonging to someone other than the registered player — are not permitted and may result in Account suspension pending investigation.

• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction.
• Deposits are credited to your Account in Pakistani Rupee (PKR) at the prevailing exchange rate where applicable.

• Chargebacks or payment reversals initiated by the Player outside of the ix666 dispute resolution process are treated as a breach of these Terms.

Withdrawal of Real Money Funds from your ix666 Account is subject to successful completion of KYC verification. ix666 reserves the right to request the following documentation before approving any withdrawal request:

• A clear copy of your CNIC (front and back) or other government-issued photo ID.
• Proof of address dated within 90 days (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of JazzCash account showing your name and number).
• Any additional documentation reasonably requested by the ix666 compliance team.

Withdrawal requests will be processed within the timeframes displayed at the point of request, subject to KYC clearance. ix666 targets a processing time of under 15 minutes for JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals once KYC is complete. • Using any automated bot, script, software, or artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform.

Either party may terminate the Player Account at any time. You may close your Account by contacting ix666 support and requesting closure. Any outstanding Real Money balance at the time of closure (after deduction of any pending wagering requirements on Bonus Funds) will be returned to your verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

ix666 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account with immediate effect, without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:
